I am trying to obtain video or DVD copies of Bush's State of the Union Speeches. I was wondering if anyone here knows where I might find them (I'm sort of hoping not to have to pay $30 to order them from C-Span).

Do public libraries have videos of this type of thing? I searched the Los Angeles Public Library website (lapl.org) but didn't come up with anything. Any suggestions?
