By the way, this fence is being built in southern EUROPE. In Mexico, they're far less civilized. If you're salvadoran or guatemalan, and trying to get into Mexico illegally, they just shoot you. That's how MEXICO handles the problem of illegal immigration. They're very utilitarian, it seems, on both their borders...they can be counted upon to do what is in Mexico's best interests.
