Default People try to escape Georgia as expecting military activitie

People in the West generally do not believe that this country – Georgia – is preparing for a war against its autonomies. Well, I hope that certain indirect evidence will convince the West otherwise. At least the fact that I cannot leave the country at the moment (I am from Norway and I came here on business) because it is impossible to buy a ticket for a plane or train heading elsewhere - this must be indicating something unusual, I hope. I was told at the booking office that all the tickets have been sold out three weeks in advance, which is absolutely uncharacteristic of this country especially in the fall. Now I regret I haven't bought a return ticket. They say that many prosperous Georgians, as well as middle-class, are attempting to leave the country asap. This cannot be without reason, can it? The folk can feel the approach of a war while moneyed Georgians must have learned it from their own sources.

Then what should have-nots do in this occasion? They do not have money even to travel by train. Are they doomed? Will they have to die of a bullet or blast fragmentations? Poor people, even if they avoid this sort of death then they will certainly die of starvation. That is what president Saakashvili's policy has carried this country to. Shame to Saakashvili and to Americans who failed to distinguish a wolf in sheep's clothing when they helped him become president! Down with Saakashvili and all his heelers! Save Georgia - it is a nice country that does not deserve to be ruined be Saakashvili.
