because it is better we put them to work in labor camps doing worst jobs for free till they drop dead. that is the reason i would not kill any top leaders i hate or anyone if i had power.

I could support the death penalty for this one.

On the other hand, it seems obvious that she is completely nuts. Executing crazy people isn't something we should be eagerly doing.

Either way, she shouldn't breathe free air for the rest of her life.

I don't have a problem with the death penalty in this specific case, where things are pretty cut and dry. It's the other cases where things aren't nearly so certain that I have a problem with the death penalty. Not to mention the racially motivated arrests among others. Like a black convict who met the description of "black male, around 6' in his late 30's". It seems to me that not executing the criminal in the specified case is well worth not executing innocent people in other cases.

This horrendous case really stuns me. The lack of any conscience of Tiffany Hall, 24, has just got one to wonder what in the heck is this world coming to.

I'm 100% against the death penalty -- its more expensive than life in prison and to a lot of people it's a very easy punishment -- they don't care about life -- their own and anyone else's -- at all so the death penalty is actually a relief for them.

I think I like Kindy Friedman's idea (however racist it actually was) of throwing a person into a cell with a crazy person (Kinky said crazy negro) talking nonesense and throwing away the key. Letting them live on the minimum diet of water and moldy bread.

But that would not be christian and it kind of makes me a hypocrite to feel so strongly against torture and then to mentally imaging doing such torture -- nevertheless, Tiffany Hall is a true monster.

I'm at a loss what the appropriate punishment should be but I do not believe for one second that she's mentally unstable. Everything she did, as horrible as it was, was done with a purpose -- to steal the victim's baby.

Have to wonder if she didn't tell her boyfriend about what she had done, if she would have been caught.

Just more proof that the death penalty is not a deterrent to crime. People kill either in the heat of the moment, or because they are mentally sick, or because they were abused as children. Sometimes all three. I believe in life in prison w/o parole but I'm not into murdering the murderers.
