Default You know I'm Lovin this

I heard this term twice today and all
the time on Stephanie Miller,it's the
"Republicans Eating thier own." And
druggie Rush says the Dems made him do
it. Never thier fault always somebody else.
Starts right with the Shrub can't think
of anything he did wrong, as per 2004 Debate
and now that he's thought about it he would
change his tone just after 9/11. The only thing
that will save them is Diebold, and then there will
be riots in the streets. I can't wait

Hastert has no intention of resigning office over this House-cleaning. He has no reason to, despite what leftist droolers may claim. LINK

My definition of stupid is a political party which promotes deviate sexual behavior---unless and until it's Mary Cheney or this freak Foley. Then the Party of Scumbag Liars can't move quickly enough to criticize.

If Dems are serious about weeding perverts out of Congress, then they should impeach and remove the disgusting toad Barney Frank. They will not. Dems love deviates---just ask the toe-sucking whore-hiring Dick Morris, or the Hydraulic Zipper himself, Bubba Dropdrawers.

A party of sick sociopaths does not deserve to remain politically viable. Either Dems get with the real Americans on this issue, or watch Straight America finally kick their perverted butts to the curb.

Default Two questions for Dennis Hassert:

1. Why when Foley's first e-mails were brought to your attention a year ago with concern from a teenage page over how freaky and sickening they were, didn't you simply ask Mark Foley this question: Have you ever sent messages to any other pages and what did they say? Mark Foley probably would have lied but at least Hassert would have asked the first question any responsible investigator would have asked right off the bat (at least any responsible investigator who really wanted to get to the bottom of this perverted mess).

2. With the suspicions there as they were ("you're not to contact that page any more whatsoever"), why after asking the first question didn't Hassert ask Mark Foley to allow ethics investigators to have a computer expert examine his computer? Right away Hassert would have known.

WAIT A SECOND -- THAT'S IT -- Hassert would have known and he didn't want to know. Protecting children from a pedophile was very low down on Hassert's list of priorities. Protecting a fellow Republican congressman (who has been described as "squirrily" when it came to his relationships with teenage male pages since 2001) was Hassert's priority.

And first Hassert said (and still maintains) that he was never personally shown those e-mails -- that only his staff saw them. But we now have three high ranking Republicans who say otherwise -- Reynolds, Boehner, and Alexander -- the congressman from Louisiana who sponsored the page who Foley attempted to molest. All three say they spoke personally to Hassert about the e-mails and Hassert had seen them and knew about the matter.

Oh, poor Denny, caught lying and all he can say now is the Crocodeeza Rice/Fibby McLibby/"I grew up at 40" Bush/Mark "excuse me for molesting your son but I was drunk" Foley excuses --

"I'm a moron who doesn't remember the most important things like a meeting with George Tenet warning of an imminent Al Queda attack."

OR "I'm so busy I got confused and mixed up my recollections."

OR "I'm just a moron. Don't blame me."

OR "I'm suffering from being abused by a Priest and drinking too much alcohol."

All a bunch of liars and perverts. No doubt about it.

And what the heck are Republicans going to do when pages start coming forward in the next few weeks (34 days before the election and counting) and claiming they WERE sexually molested by Mark Foley -- like the one that met Foley in San Diego and then talked about going to his home to be illegally provided alcohol by Foley whose comment was "shhhh. We'll get busted."

I'll tell you what: Mark Foley leaves his hideout Rehab and goes to jail. Dennis Hassert resigns, but too late to stop the avalanch from coming down on Republican's heads, and Bush keeps saying through his mouthpiece Tony Snow, that it's only all about a few "naughty e-mails".

With every defense of Foley, with every comparison of the morals of the entire present Republican leadership to past scandals of the Democrats, Republicans just keep digging a deeper and deeper hole. And until they wise up, I'll just keep giving them a bigger and bigger shovel to bury themselves with.

Keep up the good defense-of-a-pervert work you incredibly stupid morons. Every time you bring up Barney Frank or any other sex perverts as an excuse for Mark Foley and Dennis Hassert's failure, that's the exact impression you leave about what the Republican party in power today represents. Congrats to my Repuke friends one and all for destroying your own moral superiority. Job well done.

Default It's hard to tell a 'tween to grow up...

As a moderate democrat, I think the dems should just shut the hell up. Their full-court presses always blow up in their faces, not unlike Charlie Brown trying to kick a football. They should recognize that they have become nothing more than politcal adolescents, yapping at the ankle of a mature but morally corrupt political animal called the GOP.

Republicans have shown themselves over and over to be shrewd politicians. The dems are going to get bitten and raked over the coals even closer to the election than the republicans over this. Myopic idiots. At this point, show me a true moderate fiscally conservative republican, they would probably get my vote.

What was wrong in 1950 remains so today. Unless of course you're a sexual predator like Bubba, or a Democrat apologist for vile behavior.
