Default UK invades Ireland in new policy to combat terrorisum.

So what do you think? Would that be a good idea to crack down on terrorisum? Since it is used as a training ground, and some in the Irish government are sympathetic to the terrorists cause, with known collusion, would you support it? since Ireland harbours terrorists?

Default .

is this news or just a hypothetical situation you wish to debate?

there are 5 members of Sinn Fein elected to the Dail, or house of parliament here, they are not part of the the bloc that controls the house

maybe you should fins forum archives from 1970 and the arms trial

if you wish to find an ansewr to your questions, go back and find when the IRA was at their most popular points from 1969 to 1994
!as a clue the IRA in 1968 was aka 'I Ran Away')

Just a debate.

"there are 5 members of Sinn Fein elected to the Dail, or house of parliament here, they are not part of the the bloc that controls the house" - whats that got to do with anything?

"as a clue the IRA in 1968 was aka 'I Ran Away" - yes, it was only during the 'secterian summer' - 1971 i think, that they became more orgainesd in that era.

What does IRA popularity etc have to do with anything?

Default I'm still waiting for the invasion and carpet-bombing of the

..eastern seaboard of the US for active, financial support of the IRA for DECADES....

Default In that case

his comparison is irrelevant. And yes I've heard of NORAID (financial support for Northern Island families, freedom, etc) targeting Irish Americans.

Yes noraid - Targeting Americans who think they are 1/10000000000th Irish. However that fund went to fund the IRA bombs & guns. Lets not forget the Redeye missile launcers, M60's and Barret .50BMG's they got. AS well as est trading links with american gun dealers.

Default So the point being?

They have bad people in countries all over the world. So some bad individuals make donations to the IRA. Doesn't surprise me. I'm sure some Americans support Al Qaeda too. What's your point?

I'm sorry they died twobit, but it doesn't make your comparison any more relevant.

Doesn't mean all people in Afghanastan support Al Qaeda. So truebrits comparison is more relevant than you think.
