After labeling the Iraqi cleric Sadr a thug, now Bush promised him a polictical position in Iraq if Sadr puts an end to his rebellion.
This is Bush the tough guy? Bending over for 3rd-world clerics? And Bush calls other people flip-floppers? Come get a laugh at: http://www.dumpbush.bravehost.com |

..Sadr was the reincarnation of SH according to the "press conference" that bush recently deigned to hold...but now Sadr gets a say....

Show me ANY credible source of a quote from Pres. Bush saying that he "promises" Al-Sadr a position in the new Iraqi government. I'll wait....
Actually what Bush said was..... that he would raise no objection to the new Iraqi government welcoming Muqtada al-Sadr to form his own political party and compete in next year's elections. After all, if the Iraqi's are going to have full sovereignty, isn't it their decision? |
