Edwards to hold news conference on wife's health which rumors say he will bow out of the race. Wonder if Rush the Drug Addict Limbaugh will accuse Mrs. Edwards of conjuring up cancer to try and get sympathy votes for Edwards ! Drug Addict Limbaugh was the one who coined the name ' BRECK ' GIRL for Edwards. That revelation tottally hurt and dispointed me. I really believed that it was our own Fife Barney aka Barnofachi among Italian bloggers. I no longer hold Barnofachi at awh.

Edwards dropping out(for any reason) is about as newsworthy as Kucinich running.

Limbaugh wil say what he wil say ..he's successful at what he does which must be why you care about what he says so much.

Edwards is the only candidate with a coherent message (so far) and well articulated ideas about how to reform health care.

He has more guts and integrity in his pinky than Limbaugh has in his amply unattractive carcass.

I will be sad if Edwards drops out.

Edwards is truly pathetic. How many times is he going to use his wife's health as an excuse-----when he's doing poorly in his races? Why doesn't he just come out and truthfully say, "I don't have a snowball's chance in hell, so I'm bowing out?"

She could be right, but it's a bit early to jump to that conclusion. And talk about dissing his wife's very real health issues....

Edwards has been running for president since 2004. I don't see him throwing in the towel this early merely because his poll numbers aren't as high as he'd like.

I had a great friend die of breast cancer in 1988. She was 32. 3 year old twin daughters. 6 year old son. Magnificent human being.

If Elizabeth's cancer is back and he doesn't bow out of the race, I'd be shocked.

If his wife is having severe health problems, then he probably should back out.

Even if his wife was perfectly healthy, he should use her as an excuse all day long. If he wants out of the race, might as well make up an excuse that is something other than I have no hopes of winning because I am an idiot.

Edwards, in my opinion, has the best platform out of any candidate Republican or Democrat, it would be sad to see him exit.
