Why don't share holders go to jail when a Corp commits a crime? Are they part of that corporate person only when it's convenient?

Obama took that 3am phone call....and then shot OBL in the face.

Perhaps you should go read up on corporate law and educate yourself.

On the meantime is there some point you are trying to make, I have no reason to believe you know more about corporations than Romney.

This is such dumbarse logic. A machine is owned, operated and started by people. This is a machine too?

A corporation has no empathy, not sympathy. It is beholden simply to the stockmarket, it has no morals and cannot be considered a "person" in any way at all.

This is a partisan argument plain and simple. This is crystal clear. I'm embarassed for you - which is another emotion which a company can never have.

If jesus could hear this logic he would laugh.

What does the bible say? God created companies in his own image? Errrrr. Duuuurrrr.

Ironic that the right is generally christian and this is clearly not what god said. God made man in his own image. Full stop.

Do tell what happens when you rid the world of those pesky corporations? Who is going to be mass producing items to keep them affordable? What logistics operations are going to be used to keep the price affordable after its produced? The very concept of demonizing corporations, is quite stupid, but then again, Marxism is nothing more than attempt to perfect stupid, so this should be expected.

trying to question the idea that corporations are people isn't "demonizing" them. this is so transparent.

Who said anything about getting rid of corps. Just don't treat them as an emotional, living, breathing, thoughtful human being. A corp is a legal term for a business to operate within guidelines. That is IT!
United We Stand, Divided We Fall. D's and R's are united and the people are divided.
WE THE PEOPLE, NOT We The Corporations, or We the Government. Hold our elected officials to this.
