This is a current event. It's a phenomena that has been occurring with more frequency than usual, that or people are starting to document and report such incidents.

For Chrissakes. The OP called this a "flash mob", apparently hoping to piggyback the actual phenomenon of criminal flash mobs that have become a mini-epidemic of late.

But this has nothing to do with that newfound criminal vehicle. Heck, if you wanted to call it "(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)s behaving badly", it would have been more accurate. At the same time, while a black charged and tackled a white referee, and possibly had physical support from 1-2 others, there were many blacks who also jumped in to break it up, knowing this was wrong.
