Ok I thought about it, you have a good point. If someone gives birth to a child and later decides they don't want it they should be able to have them killed right? I mean using your logic above. Maybe we can have one gathering place where we can shoot all of the unwanted children.

Tiller should be jailed, 1-2 years for each late term abortion he ever performed should about do it.

What are you talking about? Thats not what I said at all. Aborting something that isn't a baby is a hell of a lot better than having a kid grow up in an environment where the parents don't want him, thats even if he makes it home.

You said aborting a kid, even if very late term, is better than it being in a home where it isn't wanted. So why not apply that to other homes where they change their mind a day or two after they're born. What's the difference?

As per usual with abortio topics, a lot of noise about very little.
http://www.kansascity.com/115/story/146249.html

From what I can gather, the AG didn't have the jurisdictional right to file misdemeanor charges against Tiller. So the charges were thrown out by a judge.

Note that the charges were *misdemeanors.*

And the whole case revolves around whether the diagnoses used to justify the abortions were accurate. At the moment all we have to suggest they weren't is the opinion of a paid witness for the former AG.

Perhaps Tiller is the antiChrist, laughing maniacally as he rips breathing, crying babies from their mothers' wombs. But there's precious little evidence to support that at the moment.

the fact that the guy broke the law and the Democratic Governor is covering for him, bother you, or are you so caught up in the baby vs.
fetus debate that you can't see beyond that?
