I did my time in the service in VN and gulf war 1. and retired from the service in the mid 90's
and I am now close to civilian retirement. and not all, but there are others like me who
also have their own kids in this war in Iraq, and we will be (*)(*)(*)(*)ed if we are going to let
losers like you turn this war into another VN and dirty our kids names, like you fools
did back then to us.

I am also a VN Vet and retired from the military. I did not like the fact that during the Vioetnam War the anti-war freaks did not separate their hatred of the war from the warrior. This time I see that the vast majority of the anti Iarq war people do not hate the warrior in fact they support thwe Veteran more so than the pro Iraq war people.

I was against our invasion of Iarq this time for some very logical reasons and I am not a "fool".

The fools are the ones who were fooled by or wanted to be fooled by the Cheney crowd into believing that we:

Invaded Iraq because of:
WMD
the Iraqi's were among the 19 9/11 terrorists
Saddam was a bad man and he hated our freedoms
Saddam killed Kurds
Saddam killed other Muslims
wanting to turn Iraq into a democracy

I am sure that it is not us who are the fools or losers but those of you who cannot ormulate sound and honest reasons for supporting the Iraq invasion therefore you denergrate those of us who know better.

I am not saying that Hunter falls nto that category because he said that he is a Vet and I have no reason not to believe him, but the majority of the loud mouths never served, don't serve and if ever called upon will not serve.

Sorry, but I have not ranted for war, I am rooting for a victory for these
young soldiers, and for my son. I can care less what you may think
our soldiers deserve more from us, then to turn them into losers.

If you have served, then why would you think that liking the soldier this
time around, yet wanting them to pullout as losers, who did not finish
their task, in the eyes of the world and the middle east? So what you
give them "We like you" but they will always be apart of that same stigma
that we had to carry around about VN.
