Orly filed suit against the SSA seeking to see Obama's SS information.
Based upon the lawsuit against the SSA- she filed a subpoena against Hawaii demanding to see Obama's original birth certificate.
Hawaii said no.
Orly filed a motion to force Hawaii to do what she wanted- and lost.
Meanwhile- her original lawsuit against the SSA was dismissed.
So now- she is appealing the rejection of her court motion to compell Hawaii to produce a document for a law suit that has already been thrown out.
Worst lawyer ever.
But great at conning the gullible out of their paypal dollars.
I hope Hawaii goes at least for full court costs against her.
The problem with marriage is that we heterosexuals are not honoring marriage sufficiently- not with homosexuals wanting to get married.
Every child a homosexual couples has is a desired child.

It sounds like it was thrown out on technicalities, not merit. What else would you expert from the 9th? No court wants to consider the merit of the charges as it would cause chaos in the legal system and government.
Then, why the hearing on Jan 2nd??

Because Orly filed the paperwork.
Probably incorrectly and it will get tossed like everything else, but yes, anyone who files the paperwork will get a response from the court.
Though with Orly's active imagination- I wouldn't be too confident she really has a hearing on January 2. She gotten confused on little details like that before.

Im surprised she hasn't been already. But I guess it provides for good entertainment to watch some nutcase make an ass of herself.
