It is hardly a conspiracy theory, when the President of the United State say's that is the goal, that throws the theory part out of the window.

The conspiracy is the rational in which you use to explain the “why”, not the fact that it is/has already been planned, put into place, and on the verge of being executed.

There are people on this forum, who will not only accept anything that they are told by their leaders, but will demand that they be the first one on the block to get their chip (implant)! They will gladly give up their liberty for their freedom, even though they are not antonyms.
