That is only PP. The bill is to make all women who want an abortion to have one, where ever they them, but the bill they are wanting to pass is exactly what PP requires.

If she doesn't want to agree to PP's procedures, she can go elsewhere. That used to be true everywhere but no longer in Virginia. Now to get an abortion inside the state, women will be FORCED to undergo this procedure whether they want to or not.
