And its still the same principle of fairness ( or same dishonest mockery of the idea ) in either case because everyone can still marry in the same way regardless of how they want to just like we have now in states that ban gay marrage

I hold my son's hand at times. I guess that makes me gay

so, you try to crack a joke because unless you are in the bedroom, you have no way of knowing for sure if someone is gay or not.

Sure you can. If she only feels a sexual and emotional attraction to males then she is straight. If she only feels a sexual and emotional attraction to females then she is a lesbian. If she feels a sexual and emotional attraction to both sexes then she is probably bisexual.

Many gay people report having pre-sexual attractions to the same sex from a very young age.

Why can't you just take them at their word?

nope. both genders can't marry. only one gender may marry someone of the opposite gender. that is a civil right restricted based on gender.

you can not prove homosexuality is any more a sexual preference than heterosexuality is.
