I see this has been a grand Right Wing attack theme - amost entirely based on one reporter's take (Gertz) on the matter.

Just researching the matter a bit, it appears the ALTERNATIVE to controlling Tricare costs is REDUCTION in the numbers of military personnel - deep cuts, as nearly as I can see - military and civilians alike.

The Cons who post on this board are mostly liars. If they post a story it must automatically be double checked because for the most part the info they post is BS.

I'm pretty much like most folks: not completely liberal or completely conservative. (My viewpoint varies from issue to issue.)

Both sides have their "wingnuts" - and the left wingnut is as tiresome to me as the right wingnut.
