He is pretty much implying that Ron Paul is being cheated.

It just sounds fake. And I don't think Obama talks like that. This is just another propaganda piece to take the attention away from Obama. Not going to happen.

No one knows at this point and the origin of the audio clip is pretty shaky. This could very well be fake. I hope we find out the truth soon.
