I think New Zealand could care less about the conflict in the Middle East. In fact, any one that gets involved with Israel is just asking for more attention from terrorists. I think it's a smart move on their part.

The article I linked doesn't mention it, but they were trying to procure New Zealand passports to use. I completely agree with the decision of the Kiwi govt.
