Well, I see what is going on here. Abortions were first sold to the public during Roe v Wade as during the first trimester. Since then it has been done up until just before birth. I think that some would find that objectionable. This bill still allows abortions during the first trimester. If someone wants to get an abortion beyond that, they can find a State that allows them up until just before birth.
