That one witness is questionable for a few reasons and he didn't see what happened at all. He didn't say he saw Z on the bottom until AFTER he talked to Z and the cops. On his 911 call he didn't know anything and claimed two guys were wrestling so he contradicted himself.

Six have had some interaction with the press... and the authoritie say they have taken 7 witness statements.

We don't know.. Most of the evidence is still under seal and O'Mara got a continuance until mid August.
