The witness gave two different accounts of what he saw and it was too dark for him to see the cops a minute after the shooting, but it was some how bright enough who was on bottom.....the next day.......

The 13 year old was coached by the cops and the cops actually told him the color of Z's jacket. His mother has been pretty vocal about how the cops were coaching her kid.

You should learn about this case before commenting.

I think he's guilty of aggravated manslaughter because:

He profiled a person for walking who was not involved in anything unlawful.

He called the police and didn't wait for them.

He expressed anger over punks who always get away.. meaning he had already determined that Travon was a criminal.

He got out of his SUV and followed Trayvon on foot.

He broke EVERY NW protocol and created a huge liability for the homeowners.

He has told at least three different stories to the police, his brother and his father.

My opinion is not particularly important.

What will be important is the evidence presented in court... and whether a jury sees Zimmerman's choices as reasonable under the circumstances.

From FindLaw:

"To prove second degree murder, a prosecutor must show that the defendant acted according to a
"depraved mind" without regard for human life."

I think the prosecution will prove T was not on top of Z when the gun was fired. Firing the gun in that moment was out of anger showing the depraved mind and lack of regard for human life. His history of violent sporadic attacks on people will show the pattern.
