I'm beginning to see a pattern here amongst the racists. In order to get the message across, or as a self-serving "LOOKIT ME! I'M A RACIST TOO!, they feel a need to duplicate threads, particularly after being beat down with reason in another thread.

Question for the mods: Why do you allow this to happen? And what happened to my perfectly logical post explaining the reason for this kind of behavior? A post that didn't call anyone names, flame, etc., but one that made a point the racists didn't like?

I really don't care who thinks it's unfair. I'm sick of having to deal with the mistakes of people who feel children are like pets. Just throw some snacks on the ground and bowl of water and they can raise themselves.

My parents watched my ass like they were sitting the guard tower at Gitmo. If I had gotten ten days out of school I would still be in my room grounded.

Same here.. I loved and feared my parents.. and was tuned in to not doing anything that would bring shame to me or them.

Kids are neither pets nor fashion accessories..... and they should NEVER be rewarded for doing what is reasonably EXPECTED of them.

Exactly. I remember thinking "how unfair" they were at the time, but I never thought to sneak out or do something disrespectful because even as strict as they were, they loved me dearly.

Mine loved us as well..

I have been thinking about this flash mob idiocy.

I think I would install automatic door locks under the counter...

But, in Atlanta we also have smash and grab crimes.. A group is in and out under a minute.. stealing thousands in bluejeans and hair extentions that will probably end up at flea markets for pennies on the dollar.

Not practical. My stepbrother, before killing himself and someone else driving drunk last year, was basically a professional loser. He lived with his mother (also a professional loser), his parents have been divorced thirty years. His mother had no money, no property, and no assets. His father, despite trying his best (and being ignored, at best) had absolutely no part of his life for ten years.

Violates most fire codes, may fall under the legal definition of unlawful detention or even kidnapping. The end result of that could easily be the people pulling fire alarms to open doors, or even simply SMASHING their way out.
