Until the trial is over we wont know, however in the meantime perhaps you should come to grips that 17 years old is not a mandatory innocence badge. Google around a bit, and educate yourself on crime in this century. youll find many that will turn your stomach, committed by "children"

That is absolutely correct and the "innocent child" thing has many people thrown. Ask Angela Corey why she is prosecuting a teen much younger than Trayvon as an adult.

Irrelevant. What crime did Trayvon commit that night?

According to eyewitness reports Martin attacked Zimmerman first and tried to beat him up.

Actually witness' say Zimmerman pursued Martin and was the aggressor. Seems Martin was defending himself.

Now I ask again what crime did Martin commit that night?

Following someone is not a crime.

Attacking someone who is fowling you is a crime.

No its not. It was self defense. Following someone after being ordered to stay put is a crime and proves malicious intent. Like every expert says this case is open and shut and Z is going away for life. And hopefully his lying hag of a wife as well.

It was not self defense if Martin hit Zimmerman first which the eyewitness says he did.

First off, he was not "ordered" to stay put. The 911 operator, who has no authority to direct anybody's actions, said "we do not need you to do that" in regards to GZ following TM.

Second, following someone to find out what they are doing in your neighborhood DOES NOT constitute "malicious intent".

However, attacking someone just because they are following you....as it appears TM did to GZ....constitutes assault, in which case the victim (GZ) has a right to defend themselves.

Im sure the court will disagree that the 911 dispatcher's orders mean nothing. And the fact that it was Z who instigated the situation. He had every chance to get away and wait for police to arrive. At no time ever was Zimmerman cornered and forced to fight. Except when he stalked and then later attacked a child with a gun.
