Who is "the government" allowing to be attacked?

I know of NO GROUP that is sanctioned to beat or haze or attack another.

    Who did Savage "bully"?

Are the wimpy Right Wingers trying to classify a critical speech as "bullying" now?

Shakespeare said it long ago when he described the Right Wing political movement so very well -

"It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury signifying nothing."

If the teacher is represented by a union (not sure since not all public schools in Texas are union), they have to follow the steps that are outlined in the labor agreement; If its non-union, then civil service law applies and whatever steps are outlined in the law have to be followed; most likely a hearing, decision, appeal process, etc.

I was confused, thank you. I thought you meant a criminal proceeding and I wasn't aware that she had been charged. That said, it is quite possible as there is probable cause that laws were broken. Then the due process of arraignment, grand jury, hearing, trial, etc. would be the process used.

I like Texas. It's not as bad as people make it out to be. Plenty of land down there and no crowding. Stuff is also pretty cheap. And for some reason you can get your front and back yard cut and trimmed for $20 bucks. Although none of the people doing it will speak English for some reason

you sorta answered your own questions. That wasn't a critical speech. Technically it is called bullying. You just don't want to admit that since homosexuals are the protected class and the christian are the class to blame it on.

A poster classified this teacher as the government since these schools do approve of the leftist government message. Teacher misread here and probably thought he/she could get away with this. They forget that some parents aren't willing to keep quiet.

Our DoJ said they will not prosecute black on white crime. Holder and Obama have referred to blacks as 'their people'. Mob violence black on white goes unchecked and hardly reported on.

I want to move, and thought about Austin but I think the heat would kill me.

Answer something for me. Do you think it is equitable? Do you think the ends justifies the means? Do you think it is funny or somehow okay when the left uses its temporary power from the president's personal or political authority or the doj or even on some boards to shut down people who don't tote their line? It gives you the edge...but is that the way you want to win? Cause you're not really winning. You just show yourself unworthy of leading and unworthy of any seat of authority.

Austin is sweet! It's on average a little pricier than other parts of Texas because it is so popular. If you are not from the south it is a great transition city. It is different from all the larger cities in Texas. You will find a very eclectic mix of people there. Texas is hot no doubt. But you have to realize EVERYWHERE is airconditioned. All the cars are air conditioned. Also think about Christmas and February. It gets below freezing for sure. But a week later it could be in the 70s. None of this five below for three months straight. Summers are hot but winter is great. Spring and fall are nice too... mostly. It is hot May through September. But like I said air conditioning is everywhere. Check it out.

Texas isn't liberal. So it must've been a conservative that did this.
