Howard County's police chief said Tuesday that an internal investigation into a brutality accusation in the arrest of a man who led officers on a highway chase last year has been completed and resulted in disciplinary action and retraining.

Chief William McMahon said the internal affairs investigation into the Nov. 20 arrest of Jessup resident Stephen Zombro is closed. The chief declined to discuss details of the findings or the disciplinary actions taken, citing department policy on confidentiality of personnel matters.

glad he wasnt black, there then would have been accusations of racism and the city of baltimore would have caught fire if they found out the police covered it up. then again, if the perp was black they wouldnt have been able to cover it up because it would have been national news and the perp who put innocent lives at stake would have been given a million dollar settlement and made a hero.

but me personally i dont give a (*)(*)(*)(*) what color the perp is who got a good dose of leather boot in his ass, you put peoples lives at stake purposely then an ass kicking should be the minimum for your stupidity whether it be by cops or a mob of pissed off citizens.

I thought Senator Kennedy was murdering scum but when he died I simply breathed a sigh of relief and kept my mouth shut. Now when Geoffrey Dahlmer was killed I did shrug and say to a friend, "I really don't care." Am I one of the lowest of the low?

Actually, it's not mocking a dead person that makes someone the lowest of the low for liberals. It's, well, not being liberal. Everything else that person does will prove the point.
