BoBo's constitutional arguments were rejected. He argued this was legal under the commerce clause and the court rejected that. He argued that the feds could force the states to spend state money or face penalties. They rejected that. In fact, if the court had not, with the stroke of a pen, changed the commerce clause penalty into a tax, the entire mess would have fallen. Now it gets harder.

They blame it on Republicans that a full Democrat majority in the House and Senate could not get it in the bill.
The gun control crusade today is like the Prohibition crusade 100 years ago. It is a shared zealotry that binds the self-righteous know-it-alls in a warm fellowship of those who see themselves as fighting on the side of the angels against the forces of evil. It is a lofty role that they are not about to give up for anything so mundane as facts-- or even the lives of other people. ~ Thomas Sowell

Obama is an old school conservative.

The Republicans who proposed healthcare reform before Obama did are old school conservatives.

And I still haven't made up my mind who I'll vote for.

The "so called conservative" media is something new and horrible. It leads people to believe that rational secular fiscal conservatives are "libruls"

How is Rush taking all this?......did he even show up today?

Why are we continuing a discussion of something that was a gross inaccuracy the first time? The individual mandate was NOT... NOT... ruled unconstitutional.

All the people who really hate healthcare reform...already hate Obama....and they were all ready to come out and vote anyway. This won't mobilize people who wouldn't have voted.

Whaddya gonna do?....pull the level harder?......with a bigger scowl?

No one argued the congress could not pass a tax...they argued that a penalty under the commerce clause, WAS unconstitutional...the court agreed.

I love the spinning Republicans are doing. They're bringing up how Obama lied here and there. Humorous. Any excuse to feel "safe" in voting for Romney instead of getting off their asses and sending a real message.

Gotta love the status quo sheeple.
