Well, we will have to agree to disagree on this point. Manipulating the system in order to clearly circumvent the Constitution is unethical and should be declared illegal. The fact that our politicians believe that this method is acceptable leads to the lack of representation that "We The People" get from our elected officials. One of these days, it would be nice to see our elected Government work for US instead of special and self interest.
