Nah.... The Plan takes retaliations into account. If somebody blew Robert's head off, hey -- no problem! That would simply enable King Hussein to put either another RINO traitor or an outright hyperlib activist Judge on the Supreme Court!
The Plan has been implemented, crafted as it was by a braintrust of old-money Insider RINO's (like the Bushs) and "useful idiot" Libocrat internationalists (like the Kennedys). Everything is going according to Plan, whether Roberts lives, or dies. No matter whatever else happens, the Plan lives!

The point is valid but among right wingers, there's no messiah coming from neocons or RINOs. Not sure why you needed to insert that little phrase but it's meaninglessness detracted from your meaningful point which is the normal result when we get wild-eyed and step out of rationality in order to vent and trash.

My apology ... I was more or less attempting to understand todays conservatism ... animals can sniff-out there own ... doesn't seem to be the case for todays conservatism ... but I saw this right-away after Bush (neo)-conservatism ...
Conservatives (of any stripe) may very well throw one of their own under the bus when they observe some non-trivial betrayal of their fundamental principles - liberals do the same.
I beg to differ ... you must've already forgotten that thing called the 2012 GOP/Tea Party Prez Primaries ... I would want too also if I were a neocon/RINO/tea partier or any other name they call themselves now ....

LOL This is all too funny. If there were any need for further proof that "judicial activism" just means "any ruling I don't like," this would definitely be it. Suddenly, the court deferring to the legislative and executive branches is judicial activism. Although Romney is right about one thing - this election is the last chance to stop Obamacare. By 2014, people will realize what the law actually does, and you'll have about as much chance of repealing it as you do of repealing Social Security. Regardless, it's hilarious to watch people in hysterics over how providing coverage of people with pre-existing conditions is the end of civilization. Anyone care to make any bets on how long it'll be before footage of some tea party crazies burning Roberts in effigy lands on the evening news?
