It seemed like a pretty reasonable position to take, asking the Congress to follow its own rules and to read bills that will impact the country. Doesn't seem like a partisan issue to me, though some cannot help themselves...

Can't you see!? Rand wants the Senate to follow its own rules and read potential legislation because one of his supporters put his foot on a crazy woman's head almost two years ago! It makes perfect sense...if you're insane...

The agenda of Rand Paul is the lunatic-rabid Tea Party agenda ... to hijack 200 years of Congressional procedure with bills designed to obstruct Congressional procedure so to paralyze Congress ...

What was that last Rand Paul Bill ... something to the effect of denying emergency funding unless abortion is outlawed ?
