There is merit to your words.

I was thinking in the same vein, TRULY normal society would not expect a toddler to be unsafe in the presence of a 9 y/o.

Obviously, we need to rethink.

Unfortunately, the very parents that will do nothing to teach their little brats respect and behavior, will be the first to witch and moan when state rules have to be applied to separate the little monsters from younger kids.

Yeah i agree, it is a sad state of affairs. I do not think it is anything new, its just more "accessible " now with camera phones, internet, and other technology.

Not really sure what to do here......yes, it's awful, poor parenting, obvious psychopath, "society" is effed up, the Four Horsemen have gone from a trot to a gallop, blah, blah, blah....

but what I DO know shouldn't be done here....permit some consortium of statist do-gooders to make another GD law.

I blame the lack of welfare assistance to those communities, the boy was bad because he was raised in an oppressed home/neighborhood and the day care provider seemed like she was depressed and hated her job because it didn't pay alot of money. Also that boy was clever how could she know what was going on? He attacked those toddlers while she was standing right next to him at sometimes.

This is all the fault of the rich because when they don't redistribute their wealth to provide for increased care for the vulnerable, these communities suffer and things like this happen.

Like the nursing homes, the state needs to also step in and investigate the daycare centers.......

And even then, the state does a (*)(*)(*)(*) poor job on their 'investigation' on nursing homes when they WARN the admin what day they're going to show up, so the staff can be sure to be on their best behavior......

They should just show up, unannounced, at the nursing homes and daycare centers.......
