This is wonderful. This loser thought he was so cool trying to bully a nice young lady doing her job and spewing his hate against other people as he sat in line. And this just goes to show how nasty leftists are. This clown, and others like him are all the same: they walk around so hateful against others that don't think exactly like they do, and then say it's the other people that are hateful! Quite often, these losers are stuck in menial jobs. People can sense these losers have chips on their shoulders, and simply want to stay away from them. I think it's hilarious this goon was fired from his job. I'm surprised to see that such a loser rose to CFO. Oh well, perhaps he can find an employer who shares his hate and bigotry against his fellow Americans. In the meantime-- BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Oh and nasty, hate-filled leftists- you're the haters. Try looking in the mirror at your disgusting selves, assuming you can stand doing so. I hope this is a lesson for at least some of you.

UPDATE – Business Insider has verified that Chick-Fil-A free water customer Adam Smith has been fired from his position as the CFO and treasurer of Vante, a medical supplies manufacturer. A press release from Vante notes the actions of Smith do not reflect their company’s corporate values, which include respecting diverse opinions. The Vante press release about Adam Smith goes on to state that employees are expected to behave “in a manner commensurate with their position and in a respectful fashion that conveys these values of civility to others.” The Vante press release about the “Chick-Fil-A video concluded by stating the company hopes the “general population” does not hold Smith’s action against the medical supply manufacturer.

A man being dubbed the “Chick-Fil-A Bully” shot a cell phone video of himself waiting in line for a free water and chastising a young woman who had the misfortune of becoming an unwitting participant in a one of the day’s top watched YouTube videos. The video creator is allegedly named Adam Smith, and has now pulled the Chick-Fil-A “bullying” video, but copies quickly sprang but up online, Liberty News reports.

The Chick-Fil-A video begins as the amateur videographer waits in line for a free water, making fun of other customers in the long line, noting they must think “breakfast tastes better when it is filled with hate.” The Chick-Fil-A video commentary also notes the man’s excitement at getting his free water and sharing his opinion with the restaurant drive-thru window worker – before going to join what he hopes is a “sit in” by college students forming nearby.

The drive-thru worker, with a name tag that reads, Rachel, remains polite throughout the encounter with the man behind the cell phone camera, which was reportedly not visible. After asking if she knows why he waited in line for a free water he proceeds to tell her how horrible her company is and informs her she should not work there.

Rachel, the Chick-Fil-A drive-thru window employee calmly lets the free water customer know the restaurant “does not treat anyone differently” and offers several other kind statements which may have been her own thoughts or a response suggested by management. Rachel also notes she needs to stay neutral on the subject and does not feel her personal beliefs belong in the workplace.

Before pulling away with his free water, the Chick-Fil-A drive-thru “bully” tells the young employee he does not know how she can live with herself and work there. The Chick-Fil-A “bully” does tell Rachel she deserves better than working at the restaurant and emphatically notes several times that he is both a nice guy and heterosexual.

DOJ: ‘School Bullies Become Tomorrow’s Hate Crime Defendants’
November 8, 2012 – In a blog post on its website last week, the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division warned that “school bullies become tomorrow’s hate crimes defendants.”

“School bullies become tomorrow’s hate crimes defendants, while victims of bullying are more likely to drop out of school, struggle in class, engage in illegal drug use or become involved in the criminal justice system,” the DOJ said in a blog posted on Oct. 31 titled, “An End to Bullying & Equal Opportunities for All Students.” “Bullying is not a rite of passage; the impact of bullying extends far beyond the schoolhouse doors. Bullying can lead to violence, anxiety, depression and even suicide,” the blog added. “It is simply unacceptable, moreover, that any child should fear going to school because of harassment.”

The DOJ marked National Bullying Prevention Month in October with a pledge to make the most of its resources and authority to stop bullying in schools. “The Civil Rights Division is responsible for enforcing federal civil rights laws that protect young people who are targeted because of their race, national origin, religion, sex or disability. This includes students who are harassed because they do not conform to gender norms of how a boy or girl is ‘supposed to’ act,” the DOJ said in the blog. “We hold school systems accountable when they fail to take the proper steps to address harassment within their schools,” it said. The DOJ reached “comprehensive and groundbreaking settlement agreements with numerous school districts across the country” in Mohawk County, N.Y., for example, “where a gay teen was physically and verbally abused for failing to conform to gender stereotypes” and in Philadelphia, “where Asian students were regularly harassed.”

In Anoka-Hennepin, Minn., the DOJ reached an agreement with the school district after it was determined that the district “failed to adequately address the harassment of students who did not conform to gender stereotypes in their schools.” “Students in Anoka-Hennepin were brave and spoke out. They brought the problems they were facing to the Civil Rights Division, and we worked with the school district to reach a blueprint for sustainable reform that we hope will be a model for schools across the nation,” the DOJ said. “The Obama Administration has made clear that bullying prevention is an issue of national priority,” it added. In 2011, the White House held a conference on bullying prevention.

The White House has announced support for the Student Non-Discrimination Act, which is aimed at ending discrimination based on actual or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity in public schools, and for other purposes. It also backs the Safe Schools Improvement Act, which would amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to address and take action to prevent bullying and harassment of students. “These bills would help ensure that school environments are free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment,” the DOJ said in the blog.
