Our Benghazi mission personnel, including our two former Navy SEALs, fought for seven hours without any assistance other than help from our embassy in Tripoli

The Obama national security team, including CIA, DNI, State Department and the Pentagon, watched and listened to the assault but did nothing to answer repeated calls for assistance. It has been reported that President Obama met with Vice President Joseph R. Biden and Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta in the Oval Office, presumably to see what support could be provided. After all, we had very credible military resources within striking distance. At our military base in Sigonella, Sicily, which is slightly over 400 miles from Benghazi, we had a fully equipped Special Forces unit with both transport and jet strike aircraft prepositioned.

Why don't we have his photo-op picture of him in the situation room while he allowed the slaughter of Ambassador Stevens, Smith, Woods, and Doherty?

Perhaps he did not bother to go there.

Maybe he already knew the end game was for Mersi's troops to kidnap Stevens. Maybe that is why the Islamists poured diesel into the buildings and set the fuel ablaze. They were trying to smoke him out into the open. Only they killed him instead.

Do you have a clue as to what is going on in ten African countries... the intel, covert ops, training missions, the flow of weapons out of Libya.. the fight against Al Shabab, Boko Haram, the LRA and others?

There are brave people out there dealing with very dangerous, complicated situations.. who won't get it right every time.. unlike our keyboard warriors.

You can babble all you want, defending Obama & his cronies, but the fact remains that they asked for more security and they DIED b/c it was DENIED and then Obama, Clinton & Rice LIED!!
