Scumbags.....
Isn't it amazing, TB? I believe that they had the RNC's "blessing" to go ahead with it. Just like the DNC have given their blessing to other organizations running ads against Bush.

This might come back to bite them and McCain may not be the only Republican Senator to denounce this.

Default same ol' same ol'

This type of negative campaigning is never pretty. I can understand why McCain doesn't like the ads. But I am wondering if TB is going to call people scumbags whom make negative ads against Bush. I don't think he would. To be honest, this thread will just turn into a Bush bashing thread like the many many others. But maybe I get to read the great political wit of DBG and the others.

Default It depends if the negative ads have any validity or not..

..the scumbags that made this ad mis-represent themselves...and make claims that they simply can't back up..because they weren't there...

If someone attacks bush and claims things that aren't accurate then of course I'd jump all over it...

Default ?

I've seen the ad. It's not like they are accusing John Kerry of atrocities or war crimes. They are simply giving their opinions.....based on having served with him and based on the fact that HE himself has made his service in Vietnam an issue. They don't say anything nasty....they don't imply he supports dragging people to death behind pickups....or imply that he knew about 9/11 before it happened and chose not to warn anybody.

Bush has repeatedly said that he honors John Kerry's service to our country and that it was honorable. Which is more than John Kerry has ever said about Bush's service to the country.

Alright then TB, I'll accept that. But beware, for I shall hold you to it.

Necons Lies > Liberal Lies (IMHO of course)
