Default I wouldnt say.........

liberal ideology is 100% responsible. But I believe the "root" of it lies there. Unfettered conservatism is a bad thing as well(creates stagnation) Unfettered liberalism has allowed things to be done, said, and presented in venues that perhaps are the least "modest" way/place. What you are exposed too, becomes reinforced into your pattern of thought. A dangerous thing for anybody, of any age group. I couldnt quote the exact number, but a study was done that said by the time a child has reached puberty, he/she has seen an enormous amount of violent imagery on the TV. The more they see, the more the adults see. De-sensitizing the society as a whole. Again, it's a two way street. The liberals want it to be shown, the conservatives will say, give 'em what they want, it's a great money maker, the rest of us just watch. The end result may be, and probably is more prevalent in the inner city. But in the relatively small, but rapidly growing, bedroom community I live in, juvenile crime has been steadily growing into more "adult" crime. A trend I have watched since I got here almost 14 years ago. Not trying to be sarcastic either, but the genie is already out of the bottle, I think it might be time to moderate it with a little more conservatism. Will a conservative president change this, probably not right away, but it's a step in the right direction(IMHO). Always want to hear why I might be in error. Ultimatly, more involvement from parents/guardians is called for, but they are "infected" by the flickering box as well, and on it goes........Moderation is the key. There's no way to vacinate for the liberal thought process

I don't follow the reasoning, but whatever. I'm curious what you think a "conservative" president will do to deter crime. And conservative in what sense?

Default .....

This is not a poltical issue. Murder for very stupid reasons have been occuring since the beginning of time. No matter what you would like to think, or what helps you sleep at night, it has nothing to do with parties. I've never heard of anyone calling 911 and saying "There is a liberal outside my window trying to break in". The people who commit murder are not Republicans or Democrats, they are criminals.

Default House

According to the account I read these people were kicked out of the victim's grandparents house repeatedly. Why were they not in jail for criminal trespass?

Default But...

I am not exactly sure how this murder has anything to do with politics or political stances. If someone stole my XBox, they'd be looking down the business end of my BFG.

It gets worse - down in Houston, a convienence store clerk was shot and killed over a dime. Isn't that sad?
