If you were so pleased with what you had you won't be looking over other peoples shoulders to worry about how many zero's are at the end of their paycheck. The only injustice here is that underqualified, underskilled people believe that should get an equal chunk of the pie regardless of all other factors involved.
The key thing you choose to not consider is this isn't 'YOUR' job. It's the companies job and they decided to let you work in it for a while. Furthermore since it is their job and not your job they can do with it whatever they want. How would I feel? I'd feel like it was time too seek out another job, instead of whining about someone taking something away that never belonged to me to begin with.
When you are educated enough and have established yourself well enough somewhere maybe you could be a CEO and rake in the dough too. But untill that time drop the social injustice nonsense, because those words don't even acurately describe the situation. People who work harder, get more education and make a greater commitment to their job, get promoted.
[sarcasm]Maybe we should just take everyones money, put it in a pot and then divide it up evenly so that every body makes the same and then there won't be any more 'social economic injustices'[/sarcasm]
