There's a few problems with this.

This ONLY works for cars and trucks that run on Deisel.
In colder areas of the country, you need to start the car with Deisel first, then after the car warms, you can switch to the Bio-Diesel
After you've switched to Bio-Deisel, you need to switch back to Diesel, so as not to leave grease residue in your fuel lines.
If you end up with Grease in your fuel lines, it can get expensive to clean out the lines.
If too many people use this, we run out of restaurants real quick.
Not practical for mass production

Call your congressman to implement a real plan.
