Hmmm. I fail to see what is wrong with this. You had several people buying houses they couldn't afford with the intent of selling it for major profit or flipping them for the same reason. They walked out on mortgages because it was cheaper for them, and I'm expected to pay for these clowns?

You know the last time I checked if I make a mistake, I am the one who should suffer. I am sick and tired of everyone having to suffer because others aren't wise with their money. People who are bad with their money do have an effect on others. Why should I have to suffer??

It's funny to me because liberals always think they are helping people. The best way to help someone is to get them to help themselves. Don't we teach our kids that there are consequences to our actions? And don't we backoff and let kids make their own mistakes instead of ALWAYS helping them out of a jam? And don't they normally turn out ok because they've been able to make mistakes withouth anyone bailing them out? THEN WHY DO WE INSIST ON BAILING OUT EVERYONE WHO IS STUPID WITH THEIR MONEY!!!! This does not help them, it just perpetuates the problem.
