From Barack Obama's Church - Interesting that this anti-white, anti-American and conspiratorial church is accepted by the black community but my all white church that didn't even suggest to be anti-black would be a racist institution.
We are a congregation which is Unashamedly Black and Unapologetically Christian… Our roots in the Black religious experience and tradition are deep, lasting and permanent. We are an African people, and remain “true to our native land,” the mother continent, the cradle of civilization. God has superintended our pilgrimage through the days of slavery, the days of segregation, and the long night of racism. It is God who gives us the strength and courage to continuously address injustice as a people, and as a congregation. We constantly affirm our trust in God through cultural expression of a Black worship service and ministries which address the Black Community. Trinity United Church of Christ adopted the Black Value System written by the Manford Byrd Recognition Committee chaired by Vallmer Jordan in 1981. We believe in the following 12 precepts and covenantal statements. These Black Ethics must be taught and exemplified in homes, churches, nurseries and schools, wherever Blacks are gathered. They must reflect on the following concepts: 1. Commitment to God 2. Commitment to the Black Community 3. Commitment to the Black Family 4. Dedication to the Pursuit of Education 5. Dedication to the Pursuit of Excellence 6. Adherence to the Black Work Ethic 7. Commitment to Self-Discipline and Self-Respect 8. Disavowal of the Pursuit of “Middleclassness” 9. Pledge to make the fruits of all developing and acquired skills available to the Black Community 10. Pledge to Allocate Regularly, a Portion of Personal Resources for Strengthening and Supporting Black Institutions 11. Pledge allegiance to all Black leadership who espouse and embrace the Black Value System 12. Personal commitment to embracement of the Black Value System. http://sweetness-light.com/archive/o...r-mission-page

If you go to a Christian Church, you should belong to the "Christian Value System". I just can't understand why race is such an issue. The only thing Obama and his pastor have done is separate the races instead of bringing them together. I understand the history of the black race, but how long are some people going to hang onto that. My grandparents came here with nothing in the early 1900's. No one gave them a darn thing and they found a way to learn the language and be successful. Don't you think they were at a disadvantage too, being that they were foreigners with nothing? They were just happy to be here.

1) If that is what you feel would make a good chruch, you should do it. I believe in freedom of religion, and you have the right to practice whatever form of Christianity or any other religion you like.
2) I can think of 2+ forum members who would join. BLZ already signed up (although he wasn't on my list of people I thought would join) 3) If you don't like Obama's church. Don't go to Obama's chruch. Which of the following is it you hate most? a) the freedom of religion b) The freedom of association c) The fact that you probably lack the guts to actually create your white power church I personally think it is silly to attend any church.
