im basically saying that youre ignoring the historical context of black liberation theology and black churches. these churches started in times of segregation, mlk was part of the black church. its not about hating white people, its about self help. that whites happened to have been the oppressors is coincidence; if theyd been asian instead of white, wright would be viewed as anti asian now.

Some blacks are racist against whites - I'm just saying that if we are to label one as bad, the other is too. I don't and never have believed in hatred as a crutch. I teach my children the same and hopefully they will grow to be an even better person than I. How though do you justify - teaching against racism or hatred - while teaching the same?
