I know many of you will take this and run with it, but I want to see what the reaction will be in this country when a young white male is beaten or gunned down in the street. Probably will never see that happen, but I wonder what the reaction would be.

Plenty of people get arrested for dog fighting....Including white people.

The fact that it was all over the news was because it was Michael Vick the famous NFL QB who was doing it!!!

Last I checked Roger Clemens was getting more mainstream media attention for fooling around with an underage girl than R. Kelly was getting for doing the same thing....With MANY underage girls...and video taping it, and then singing about it.

I dont see racism here. Its around in our society, and in alot of cases I would agree with you. But Michael Vick deserved the negative publicity and ALSO got off easy in my opinion.

He's just bitter, because I was making a specific point about a board member being a blatant racist, who thinks that the color of their skin absolves, and excuses them of being a raving racist themselves. I'm thinking that board member's truth hurts a lot more than any truth I can know.
