Default Now the Saudi is saying...

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (AP) -- Saudi Arabia says it will call for a meeting of oil producing countries and consumers to discuss soaring oil prices and work to prevent an unjustified rise in prices.

Information and Culture Minister Iyad Madani says the kingdom will work with OPEC to "guarantee the availability of oil supplies now and in the future."

In a statement following the weekly Cabinet meeting on Monday, the minister said Saudi Arabia will also work to control "unwarranted and unnatural" price hikes.

He said that the current price of oil is unjustified.

Default President, Congress offer no immediate help on gas prices

"A lot of Americans are concerned about our economy," Bush said. "I can understand why. Gasoline prices are high, energy prices are high. I do remind them that we have put a stimulus package forward that is expected to help boost the economy. And of course, we'll be monitoring the situation."

REALLY?

How about:

1. STOP tax on gasoline for this Summer.

2. Strenthen our Dollar by increasing 2% interest rate in the next six month?

3. Monitoring future oil trading in stock market and take action.

Ask any democrat what their party has done to bring about change in the last 40 years, I will answer that for you, NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They may not like the ideas of the republicans, but they have offered nothing in return. We will see what kind of effort Mr O, with the full support of the house and senate will bring to our nation.
Maybe it will get high enough to STOP our elected officials from being ruled by the environmentalists to the point they PREVENT us from getting our OWN OIL????

Something to remember------had Clinton NOT vetoed the bill to start drilling in ANWR more than 10 years ago, we'd be pumping oil from there today!!!

Absolutely JP5, and I think the American people should know that the pain they are feeling from these high prices are all because of the terrorist supporting democrats.

If we could drill for our own oil, terrorism would be much much less, because we wouldn't need to be there, and our own oil would reflect our own prices, providing American jobs. Thank the democrats for all this ugliness, and they have the gull to call Bush stupid, unbelievable.

Default Stealing Your Gasoline

Yes, it's happening around Dallas area. If your gas cap cannot be locked you are out of luck. Even if your gasoline cap can be locked they can still steal your gasoline from drilling a hole on your gas tank. What kind of car the gasoline thief preferred? Unfortunately, to add insult to injury, they are SUVs, TRUCKS and Large sedan. This is just the beginning of $4.00 range, by the time it reaches $5.00 I am sure every single car is in jeopardy.
