Now surely THAT passage in their texts should be changed, no!?

6/6/08 Pakistan (International Christian Concern) - A Christian man was fired from his job on May 17, 2008, after Muslim extremists threatened him with death in the district of Attock in Pakistan.
Mr. Zahid (30) worked as an insurance agent for a Pakistani life insurance company called Eastern Federation Union (EFU) for the past several years. He was targeted by Muslim radicals because he acted as a witness in a marriage between a Christian man and a Muslim woman.

On May 14/15, local Muslim clerics learned of Mr. Zahid's involvement with the marriage and approached his employer, demanding that they fire him since he was an "enemy of Islam."

In addition, the clerics threatened the EFU executives saying that if the company did not punish Zahid, then they could not be held responsible for any attacks that might be carried out against the company and its staff.
On May 16, 2008, the company immediately called a staff meeting to discuss the actions that they could take against Zahid. The EFU executives included Zahid on the meeting, but ordered him to sit apart and be silent. The company decided quickly to fire Zahid and told him not to come in to work the following day.

Not allowing a Muslim woman to marry someone ("idolaters") simply becasue he's not a Muslim is insane.

This is also evidenced by the large number of little girls who are sold to wealthy elderly Muslim men in Pakistan and Yemen, for example.

SSS, I don't hate Muslims, but I do strongly dislike a belief system that discriminates against non-believers, limits freedoms, and also that effectively rapes little girls: an 8 year-old girl had to seek a divorce from her perverse Islamic "husband' who was abusing her sexually, recently in Yemen (google it)....EIGHT! SHAKIR: And do not marry the idolatresses until they believe, and certainly a believing maid is better than an idolatress woman, even though she should please you; and do not give (believing women) in marriage to idolaters until they believe, and certainly a believing servant is better than an idolater, even though he should please you; these invite to the fire, and Allah invites to the garden and to forgiveness by His will, and makes clear His communications to men, that they may be mindful.
