Not sure how aboveboard dailykos is so IF this story is true the woman who supposedly got her ass kicked is a triple loser. First of all paying $69 dollors for any tee-shirt should automatically earn her an ass kicking. Wearing something like that in NewYork also says -"kick me please I am stupid." Trying to sue a designer for your own stupidity in buying such a tee-shirt earned her another ass kicking!!!!!
