No, she does not. That doesn't make it a wise decision on her part to dress that way if she will be in an area where that could happen.

Just to be clear, rape is incredibly wrong in all cases and should never happen. A woman violated in that manner is not at fault in any way. That doesn't mean I won't teach my now 2 year old daughter when she gets older that she should make good decisions about what she wears and where in order to have a better chance of being safe.

I do for one nao second believe that it was Obama fan club. These people are criminals and they reacted to the T-shirt message bcause it has a definate racist message. That is no excuse for doing what they did but to call them an "Obama fan club" is pety, silly, and self serving trite.

I wont agree with getting violent over being offended BUT I have basic common sense and it tells me that I can poke people in some deeply hurtful areas and those type of offenses are more than likely to be met with violence towards me if I do so.

I have dealt with some pretty offensive stuff in the last 17 years and I have a pretty thick skin but there have been some times that I gave back because people crossed a line (and sure that line is subjective) and I do feel that they provoked me and have to be responsible for their provocation just like I take full responsibility for my reaction to that provocation.
