I agree here, but if we don't offer them tax incentives it's hard to keep them within our borders since we have one of the highest corporate tax rates in the world.

The largest profits in US history should be incentive enough. If you want to cut corporate taxes across the board then go ahead but we shouldn't be just randomly handing out massive tax cuts to highly profitable industries.
