Assuming that Gustav slams into New Orleans again and the levies do not hold we sould not rebuild the city that lives below sea level again. I know that it may sound mean and cruel and that there will be maybe 1/3 million people who will be refugees but enough is enough.

I also realize that Bush/Chenney/ and Chortov are bending over backwards so as not to behave as they did during Katrina but get over it cut our losses and turn the soon to be former New Orleans into a giant shrimp farm.

Let's just throw trillions of unaccounted money into Bush's Iraq money pit and just screw off our own cities and citizens.

In order to rebuild it again, you would have had to rebuild it a first time.
