Um...

If you're gonna take credit for "getting it right" this time...

Doesn't that require... logically... an admission that you got it WRONG last time?

And we all know just how much our GOP pals cared THEN about the poor and downtrodden in New Orleans.

Remember?

You had people killed from a horrendous natural disaster and you are more concerned about "blaming" somebody for it. I for one am tired of the constant defensive stance everybody takes on this. Katrina killed a lot of people and tore up this major city of which much has NOT been rebuilt. Who in the hell cares about the blame? Hopefully the experience has much to do with the reaction we've seen the last few days. Last time everybody got caught thinking it was going to bypass the area or cause minor damages. Better safe than sorry Mr Brownie.

I would give Jindal credit as it is a states job to take care of the state. Jindal called up the Guard and hooked up transportation.

Then I blame the stupidity of the people who live 15 feet below sea level for their own demise. Credit where credit is due.

I never blamed Bush for Katrina and I sure won't give him credit for Gustav.

Just pointing out the "logic" of GD, or lack thereof.

AS to who cared Jovial, I remember members of the New Orleans Police leaving town and their posts during Katrina, Mayor Scumbag took off too.

Where was the former Governor then? She was blaming George Bush for her failings as an "experienced" leader.

WHOA! WHOA! WHOA! GW told these people to GET OUT! They could have walked (it was a whole 9 miles) if they had no ride, but instead refused to go and then were mad when the troops didn't offer them a hot meal!

The Mayor of The Big Stupid didn't even run the buses for the elderly.

If anything, this is a prime example of how generations of the liberal social/economical policies of the "Government should take care of you" totally eliminates peoples' ability to think for themselves enough to even survive!

Well I'm sure the mayor was not celebrating these Americans deaths as Bush and McCain were doing. They were at the old geezers birthday party eating cake.

That is just about as heroic as hiding in a classroom full of schoolchildren as terrorists are attacking your country.

Yes Bush and McCain sure do put "COUNTRY FIRST" don't they?

The water from Katrina was deeper than you.

So, when the GOP takes credit for "getting it right" now, then logically they MUST take the blame for "getting it wrong" then. Right?

So, with the GOP slapping themselves in the back for "getting it right" this time, then LOGICALLY they MUST take the blame for "getting it WRONG" the LAST time. Right?
