Obama once again is proven to be nothing but talk. He has never shown any guts and stood up to what’s poplar. McCain has the record of doing what Obama just talks about. It is amazing this guy is all hype.

Once again we have a thread which seeks to spin hot air into substance. Critique a real issue rather ranting about how often mccain has broken party lines versus obama. Mccain is 71 years and has been in congress for decades. He should have gone against his party moreoften than Obama. this is a non-point.

I disagree. Yeah McCain has been around for decades and has gone against his party. That is a rarity. On the same token Joe Bidon has been around just as long and has never gone against his party.

As for Obama, he's never gone against his party either and regardless of how long he has been a Senator this means something since he says he is an agent of change. An agent of change who never spoke out against his own party? That's his entire gimmick, change. Are we to believe his own party is above critisism?

McCain has gone against his party on Water boarding, climate change, spending, stem cells, and ANWR. This really is not about McCain it is about the fact that Obama is claiming to be a new kind of politics and there is no proof of it

Axelrod is such a snake. He is everything the liberals accused Rove of being and more.
