Before this case blacks were not allowed to use the public library in West Virginia. They had no means possible to receive the education that their white counterparts received. They had to make do with what they had. The system closed its eyes to the needs of blacks. Learning was a struggle because of the walls that were set up against them being able to achieve. Their culture and struggle has touched us all. These little things we do not take note of. Most of us don't recall when Blacks could not use a library.

after reading,, i realize how naive some people are.
does 90% black voters all agree with obama's policy? DON'T THINK SO. then why 90% black voters vote for OBAMA ???? tell me if they are not being racist towards WHITE people.

this election is the smart WHITE vs NOT SO SMART WHITE and minorities who don't have deep root in America.

who do you think the Chinese, Indian, African, Mexican, Persian, or even Iraqis, Mid-East people, are gonna vote for ? OBAMA.

why? because he is a soft leader, and when benefit conflicts come, he is easier to deal with.

The Black vote generally goes to the Democrats. That is the way it is. It is rare to see a Republican candidate for POTUS even court the black vote. Look at the stats over the last few elections. They will point that out.

It is naive to think that blacks have not contributed to the great scope of America. They have built from hardship and slavery to become more. Thay have had to fight for every right they have ever received. It was not handed to them on a silver platter.

In this year I am sure their will be a % of blacks that will vote for Obama because they are proud. There are white voters that will not vote for him because he is black. They are both sad reasons to cast a vote for anyone. I can though understand the pride factor. It is something to be proud of. It is a mountain top experience.

It may be the wrong reason to vote for someone yes. But pride is far different than racism that will send many whites to vote for McCain.

what is there to be accepted, when he hasn't win, and might not win ?

i truly disagree that Obama is trying to win the election simply by relating McCain to Bush.

my advice is, go youtube, and watch Obama speaks without a teleprompter,
and then, imagine him talking like a dead duck on international stage.

Americans, think carefully who you are going to vote.

There are many racist threads on this forum, perhaps if you posted there you would find someone that may be interested in what you have to say.

When I link these movies together, I am very disturb. I feel like we are being passively brainwashed.

Wow dude, what are you trying to say...........just say it. African Americans have earned these positions. We are Americans. Every War, been there, literature,art,politics,science and culture. Despite the past, we fight and contribute to this country. I believe African Americans are one of the most patriotic groups in this country. No other group has had so much taken away, and still contributed everything to this country.

......Inferno, Most of your post I found interesting and informative; However, as far as the black panthers are concerned, they carried and used weapons!!!
